Invitation to the discussion - (Un)Wanted Neighbours - Jews, Roma, and Foreigners in Our Society
Dear friends,
We would like to invite you to a moderated discussion on the topic "(Un)Wanted Neighbours - Jews, Roma and Foreigners in Our Society", which will take place on Thursday 8th February 2024 in the Municipal Cultural Centre in Nové Mesto nad Váhom at 10.00 hours. Admission to the event is free.
Students and teachers of the M. R. Štefánik Gymnasium in Nové Mesto nad Váhom will also participate in the discussion.
The discussion with distinguished guests will be led by Mgr. Martin Vincurský, historian of the Trenčín Museum in Trenčín.
The discussion is one of the activities of the project "Revitalisation of the Draškovič Manor House in Čachtice", which was supported by grants from the EEA and Norway Grants, the state budget of the Slovak Republic and co-financed by the Trenčín Self-Governing Region.
The planned reopening of the revitalised Draškovič Manor House is 30th April 2024.
